LYTE Studios Incubator · The technology & incubation studio of EONLOG

You bring the idea.
We build the company.

A founder-led venture studio. You bring the wedge: the idea, the domain, the distribution. We bring the team, the product craft and the capital. We take equity, not invoices.

Pitch us your idea How it works We co-build. You stay the founder.
It takes more than an idea to build a company ↓ grab the blocks & throw them around
What you bring What LYTE brings
The problem

Great ideas die in the build.

Non-technical founders burn their runway hiring the wrong agency, or wait months for a technical co-founder who never arrives. You don't need a vendor who delivers and disappears. You need a partner with skin in the game: one that builds the product, puts capital behind it, and stays because they own a piece of the outcome.

How the partnership works

Equity, not invoices.

No retainers. No hours billed. We take an ownership stake and build alongside you, so our incentive is your company, for years rather than a sprint.

01

You bring the wedge

The idea, the domain insight, the distribution we can't manufacture.

02

We co-build

Engineering, product and design in-house, shipping the real thing, fast.

03

We back it

Capital and the EONLOG operator network behind the build from day one.

04

We grow with you

Owners, not contractors. Aligned long after launch.

The deal: We take a meaningful minority stake and typically co-invest alongside you. You keep majority ownership and control. Exact terms depend on stage and scope — we put them on the table before you commit.
What we bring

More than code.
A co-founder's toolkit.

Build team

Senior engineering, product and design: the team most founders can't hire on day one. The same team that built WERKR and Tinrate.

Product judgment

We've shipped and run real software. We make the product calls, not just close tickets.

Capital

Backed by EONLOG: real money behind the build, not just advice.

Operator network

People who've built and scaled B2B SaaS — Bizzmine, Cerrix, Genius Forum — on call.

Who we build with

We take on a few founders at a time.

Co-building means we can only run a handful of companies at once. So we're deliberate about who we partner with, and honest about who we're not for.

We build with founders who have

  • Real domain insight or unfair distribution.
  • A B2B SaaS shape that fits the EONLOG thesis.
  • The conviction to run the company themselves.

We're not the right fit for

  • "Build me an app for a fee" — that's our studio side, not the incubator.
  • Idea-only pitches with no founder commitment.
  • Consumer moonshots outside our thesis.
Proof

Operators who build
and back what they build.

LYTE is the technology arm of the team behind a portfolio of real B2B SaaS companies: Bizzmine, Cerrix, Genius Forum, Tinrate. We bring that operating experience to every company we co-build.

The people you'd build with

Hands-on founders, not account managers. Based in Kortrijk, Belgium.

Where EONLOG builds companies from the ground up with founders, LYTE is the team that builds them.

FAQ

The questions founders ask first.

How much equity do you take?

A meaningful minority stake: you keep majority ownership and control. The exact figure depends on stage, scope, and how much we co-invest. We'll always be clear about it before you commit.

Do I stay in control of my company?

Yes. We're a co-builder, not an operator. It stays your company. We don't install a CEO or take the keys.

Do you also invest cash, or only build?

Both. Backed by EONLOG, we typically co-invest alongside the build so you get capital and a team together.

Can I just pay you to build it for a fee?

Not through the incubator. But that's exactly what the studio side of LYTE does. If you want build-for-hire, start there.

What stage do I need to be at?

Anywhere from a sharp idea with real domain insight to early traction. What matters most is the founder and the wedge.
