Tinrate makes it a two-click booking: find a vetted expert, see their rate and availability upfront, pay, and get on a video call. Payments are held until the call happens; experts get bookings, payments and VAT-compliant invoicing handled by the platform.
The full product build: the marketplace platform, expert search and booking flow, payments integration, and the Tinrate mobile apps. LYTE’s engineering, product and design team worked as co-founders rather than contractors, backed by co-investment alongside the founding team.
