Jobr turns job hunting into something closer to swiping than paperwork: candidates build a profile once, apply with one click, chat directly with companies, and get automatic suggestions for vacancies that actually fit their preferences and personality.
Traditional job boards put all the work on the candidate: endless searching, paper CVs, application emails that disappear into a void. Jobr wanted the opposite: a mobile-first experience where the right jobs find you.
LYTE Studios built the Jobr app for iOS and Android end to end: candidate profiles and preferences, vacancy search and filtering, one-click applications, in-app chat between candidates and companies, and automated matching that surfaces the best-fitting vacancies daily.
Jobr launched in Kortrijk in 2025 and is expanding city by city. The app is free for candidates, supports student, flexi and permanent contracts, and onboards employers through the business side of the platform.
