By using Auri, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Subscription & Payment
Auri is available via a subscription plan with a 7-day free trial.
Payments are processed securely through the App Store/Play Store.
You can cancel anytime through your app store settings.
Refunds follow the policies of the respective app store.
3. Use of AI Services
Auri relies on OpenAI’s services to provide transcription and summaries.
By using Auri, you agree to OpenAI’s terms as well, since they process your input.
4. Data Handling
All your meeting notes and transcripts are stored offline on your device.
We do not collect or store your data.
We are not responsible for data loss if you uninstall the app or lose your device.
5. No Warranty
Auri is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it reliable, but we make no guarantees it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of Auri, except as required by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and the privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app or on our website.
